1. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to mainland Portugal, the islands, EU countries and other international destinations, including the US. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
2. How long does delivery take?
Orders ship from Lousada, in northern Portugal, through trusted logistics partners. Estimated delivery times:
- Mainland Portugal: 24–48h (business days)
- Islands: 6 to 15 business days
- EU: 3 to 5 business days
- Outside the EU: 4 to 10 business days (average)

3. What payment methods are available?
The available payment methods will be shown at checkout. We offer secure options such as credit card.
4. Can I return an item?
Yes. EU customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery.
We do not accept returns of:
- Opened vinyl records
- Customised items
- Items damaged through misuse

5. Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
6. Where can I buy tickets for MARO concerts?
Concert tickets for MARO are sold through external platforms. When tour dates are confirmed, we share official ticket links in the “Concerts” section of the website. We do not sell or refund tickets directly.
